Training Day

Warm up: Row 1000m + Dyn Stretches

Skill: 10min for as many sets of 10 alt pistols + 10 toes through rings
1. Front Squat 3x3 80% /2min
2. Hang Snatch 3x3 80% /2min
(focus on controlling the bottom of the catch)
3. CTB Chin ups 3 x 20 /2min
4. HSPU 3 x amrap /2min

    hspu: 20 w/pad, 6,7 w/o pad
    (was nervous about my neck but they felt fine.)

    Front Squat: #205 3x3
    Hang Snatch: #95, worked on catching in a squat
    CTB Pullups: 20x3 broke sets
    HSPU: 11, 10, 11

    Hang Squat Clean: 65/95/115 3 reps each weight
    CTB:broke sets 10/10/10/5/5/10/6/4
    HSPU: 14/11/9

    Front squat: 165#
    Hang snatch: 65#, 75#, 85#
    CTB broken sets but completed
    HSPU: 2, 2, 2 from the ground and I pretty much wanted to die by this time, so pathetic #'s
