TRAINING:

Split Jerk from rack - build to a 1RM

rest 10 min

50 HSPU for time

+

50 TGU - 1pd/.5pd - not for time

240 sec front leaning rest on rings

    1st...why did you use a pad for your last 10?? Don't throw in the towel! Stay strong until the end. I know you can.
    2nd...We need to make it to Regionals as a team so FINISH THE WOD!
    We are all so close and have been working so hard. Keep it up! We are almost there!! I want to make it as a team SOOOOO BADLY! I know we all have off days, that being said we only have a couple more weeks to train....GO BLACK SHEEP!!

  4. Alright alright! So I got back in the gym tonight. Did my tgus and ring holds and #130 on my jerk a new pr. Erin you're right! Game one! I did put the pad down because I wasn't making it all the way down...still not rad. I know but a sliver better:) see you in the gym tomorrow:)
