TRAINING DAY

Reminders: Double training day for WBS and Single training day for other sheeps....

WBS STRENGTH:
1A. Dead-lifts 10x5 @40X0 /90sec
1B. Shoulder Press 10x10 /90sec

STRENGTH (for other sheep):
1A. Front Sq 3-3-3-3-3 /10sec rest
1B. AMRAP Chin ups /3min rest

MET CON:
5min amrap double unders
5min amrap db thrusters
3min amrap double unders
3min amrap db thrusters
1min amrap double unders
1min amrap db thrusters

NOTE:  WBS (weak black sheep) make sure you have at least 4-6hrs between strength work and met-con. Other sheep do work as prescribed on board.

*Post weights for strength work and reps and wt used for met con.
