Training Day

RUNNING >>>8 sets of...
(first 2 min easy pace 50%, next 2min 70% effort, last 2 min 80% effort...repeat until you have completed 48 minutes of straight running!)

*post HR's and pacing efforts....also there will be training posted for Saturday

  1. HR started at 80 resting.. 120 after easy pace and 160 after the first set. By the 4th set my HR was betweem 180-185 after the set, maybe because there was a hill. For the most part my HR was between 160-180. From the 6th round on I couldn't get my HR down even when doing the easy pace.. Stayed around 170-180.. I feel like my running has taken a hit even though all other skills have definitely improved.

  2. HR after 50% runs was between 150-158, after 70% runs it was 170 and after 80% runs it was 180-184. Felt good today. Dan has spent the last 2 days digging ditches at his brothers farm so that was his WOD. :)
