ACTIVE REST DAY

2010 Regionals...FOOD, ICE, & REST after Workout #2
ACTIVE REST DAY TODAY... NO MORNING WORKOUT!

  • Jog for 30min in Zone 1... Reminder YOGA tonight...might be a good idea!!

  1. Didn't have time for a jog but did a ton of stretching and a crappy yoga video at home. I feel good ready to be tapered though. Its making me want to push myself harder because I know I get a break. Thanks robin

  2. Mentally I feel good...had some good WOD times and PR's amidst the heavy training.

    BTW: I am sore in places that I didn't know existed:)

    Gonna jog for 30 min and stretch real good this evening.
