ReplyDelete@ Everyone: Have Fun...my best time so far in the "Flight Stimulator" Wod is 11:36! Who can do Sub 10!? Remember Unbroken sets ONLY...if you break you must start that set over...also, for the hill run make sure the hill is challenging! No 2 degree inclines!!
Anybody doing the run going at a certain time/location? I don't really wanna do that alone..

Hill Sprints: Dan had us sprinting up Cedar Mountain (at the top of Greenslake Dr.). They were much harder than I thought they would be....Double unders later :)

DU: 26:54...never did make it to 50, just 5 extra sets of 46! and then an extra set of just about everything between 25-45 on the way down.
ReplyDeleteLegs haven't been good to me lately when running so I'm going to play basketball and see how that goes
