then amrap
15 Double Unders
15 Ghd Sit ups
15 KBS 2pd/1.5

  1. Clean: 155/ 175/ 195/ 205(failed, couldn't stand up)
    MU's: approx. 4:15.
    I couldn't do more than 2 unbroken on the last set of 3. Failed 3 times.

    Met Con: 4 Rounds
    Very dissapointing. I thought we had a 15 minute clock. Should have gone much harder.

    so close to a mu its discusting.... i need help wit my speling, anyone out their that can help?

    also 100 pounds... i got on my bathroom scale and i am 120.... team caption, might want to fix that:)

  7. Hang Cleans: #95 all sets. Jana will send video. I don't feel like I am utilizing my hips very well.. you will see. Didn't go up in weight since form felt bad.

    Strict Dips 4x8: Broken after the first set
    Ring Pull-ups 4x3: Felt good with the false grip.

    WOD: 3 rounds, +DU's, 5 KTE
    No video of WOD bc Jana did it with me.
