Warm up: jog 1mile build pace every 2minutes finishing at 90% effort

Skill: 15 Muscle Ups for time

Strength: Front Squat 3x1 /  rest as needed

WOD: Flippin' Elite

Complete a total of 75 thrusters #135/95
on the minute every minute complete 5 burpees....

    front squat: 125#, 135#, 140#
    WOD: 24:48 said the "F" word probably 200 times. did 40 @95# then dropped weight to 75# for the last 35. it could have been 45/30? something around there. good luck to all you with this wod... i was hell.
