deadlift: 120 that's my 60% maybe should have gone a little heavier. grip was tough but weight was easy.rope climbs: 8,6,6,6,7= 33
DU- between 40-50DL- 155#RC- 5,5,3,3,3= I suck at rope climbs
DU: 39-45DL-160#RC= 2,1,1,1,1... Second time doing rope climbs and they are tough! Unable to get my footing right.. using all arms.
