Part 1:

Warm up: Amrap 30sec of double unders; rest 30sec x 5

1. Snatch Grip Dead-lift  @ 4011; 8x 2 @ 60% of 1RM DL/ rest 3min

CFCC WOD

PART 2:
Swim 20min recovery zone 1

  1. deadlift: 120 that's my 60% maybe should have gone a little heavier. grip was tough but weight was easy.
    rope climbs: 8,6,6,6,7= 33

    RC= 2,1,1,1,1... Second time doing rope climbs and they are tough! Unable to get my footing right.. using all arms.
