Warm- up: 800m Jog + Dyn Stretches

On a 10min Clock...
Build to a Heavy Single Dead-lift  in 6 minutes; NOT a Personal Best!
With the 4min remainig AMRAP 2 hspu + 4 Pistols + 2 M.U's post reps completed

Then...

300 Workout!

25 Pull ups
50 Dead-Lifts
50 Push Ups
50 Box Jumps
50 Floor Wipers
50 KB Clean and Press 1pd
25 Pull ups

Post Dead-lift weight, reps and time for 300 to comments
